When life gets busy there is nothing like having a safe option in your pastry and conserves are just the right thing to have when inspiration to cook doesn’t come or time isn’t on our side. If today is one of those days try this recipe with canned sardine: boil pasta (1’ less than expected). In a pan sauté the sardines with some of it’s olive oil. Add the pasta to the sardines and heat for a minute or two 🔥 it’s perfection!
