After traveling around Europe and learning all about the mysteries behind cheese production and the endless possibilities cheese curing could offer in terms of flavor and consistency, Maria Arriaga e Cunha became passionate about artisanal cheese making. Inspired by everything she had learned and tasted, she created an artisanal, hand-made cheese like no other in Portugal. I’M CHEESE goat cheese is named “Goat velvet” because of the soft and velvety texture that the cheese has due to the conditions of the space in which it is cured. This French-style goat cheese has a bitter taste and is light in salt making it perfect for any occasion! 🤤
