Organic chard

Mmmmh one of our discoveries when we arrived in Portugal 🤤
Also known as spinach beet, as this leafy vegetable tastes like sweet spinach, it’s packed with vitamins and minerals.

🍽 Younger leaves can be eaten in salads, otherwise briefly steamed or sautéed, or also done as dolmas, filled with rice, lentils or veggies or even in gratin (you see, you’ll have a lot of options);
❄️ Consume them in a few days after delivery, and keep them in a cold place (your fridge for instance)!
