The sun is shining and the flowers are blooming! Spring is coming and with it some hot and sunny days (FINALLY!) We exchange soups and hot dishes for more refreshing alternatives like this quiche! Easy and quick, this baseless quiche promises to bring all your favorite spring flavors to every bite 🍃

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C;
  2. Wash and prepare the vegetables. Cut the leek into slices, slice the mushrooms and cut the bacon into cubes;
  3. In a frying pan, pour a spoonful of oil and sauté the spinach, leek, mushrooms and bacon, for about 10′ ⏰;
  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the eggs with a fork. Add quark cheese and seasonings;
  5. Add the sautéed vegetables and bacon and mix well until smooth…😏
  6. Bake for 40′ or until golden. Wait 10′ before unmolding;

And VOILÁ! You can enjoy it with a green salad, it’s amazing 😉
