Spring is coming and with it sunny and warmer days! Here is a no pastry quiche recepi perfect for a light dinner or a pic-nick in your garden 🍃 Start by sautéing 400g of spinach, 1 sliced leek, 200g of laminated mushrooms and 100g of bacon cutter in cubes with a spoon of olive oil. For the base: mix 4 eggs and 300g of quark cheese and season to perfection! Mix everything until you get a really smooth texture. Bake for 40’ at pre-heat oven at 180℃ until golden.
